BiographyDr. Knight is board-certified in internal medicine providing primary care with a focus on preventive medicine and women's health issues. She offers continuity of care from the office setting to inpatient hospital stays. Dr. Knight strongly encourages her patients to take a proactive role in their health care, offering a collaborative "team" environment.
She completed her medical education at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM) in East Lansing. Her internship and internal medicine residency training were completed at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills. She served as Chief Internal Medicine Resident and Hospital Administrative Chief Resident.
At MSUCOM, Dr. Knight worked on a faculty development program and held subsequent teaching affiliations there. She is a Board Member of the Oakland County Osteopathic Association, and has been a delegate to the Michigan Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Association.
